André at Gallery Steinsland Berliner

Saturday, August 24th, at Gallery Steinsland Berliner opens the exhibition "Back to Sweden." Behind the exhibition is the internationally recognized Street Artist and nightclub entrepreneur André Saraiva. André Saraiva was born and raised in Uppsala and has since he moved established himself on the international art scene and founded the upscale nightclub Le Baron - hot clubs in Paris, London, Tokyo and New York.

André was noticed for the first time in the late 90s. He was a big part of Paris graffiti scene. Then, he was best known for his cartooning tender figure Mr. A, but since then he has done a lot. In the early 2000s, he made himself known among other things for Love Graffiti (www.lovegraffiti.com) and he also appeared in Banksy's film Exit Through the gift shop, which premiered in 2010.
 

The exhibition at Gallery Steinsland Berliner in Stockholm becomes Andrés first exhibition ever in Sweden. It´s including works from his latest project "Dream concerts" He spent the last few months with filling the streets of Los Angeles, New York, London, Venice, Paris and Basel with posters for his dream concerts.

The opening on Saturday (24/8) between @ 18-21!
